Welcome to Indian Country
This past year the Mountain Cree purchased a building in the
County of Lacombe, Alberta, Canada, to serve as their First
Nations Office and to establish their museum. Now the County
of Lacombe has demanded that they cease all operations in
that facility and has taken us to court over it. The County
has taken the Colonialist position that it has the authority
to tell First Nations what they can and can not do, claims
that First Nations have no Rights, and has attempted to curtail
the Civil Rights of the Chief. They have demanded that they
have the right to enter the premises at any time, and that
nothing can be done or sold in the premises without the prior
permission of the County. This is an illegal act in breach of
the laws of Canada and rulings by the Supreme Court of Canada.
We are now challenging their actions in the Supreme Court of Canada.
You can contact the County of Lacombe to protest this
Colonialist behavior.
If Johnny Depp can play TONTO, why didn't Lorne Cardinal play the LONE RANGER?
ETHNIC CLEANSING AND CULTURAL COLONIALISM IN CANADA
Welcome and thank you to all our guests.
The ancestral Blackfoot and Cree have been in Alberta for 15,000 years.
This is 14,500 years longer than the Honkey has been in the Americas
13,500 years longer than the English have been in England
13,000 years longer than the Germans have been in Germany
11,000 years longer than the Europeans have been in Europe
10,000 years longer than the Chinese have been in China
10,000 years longer than the Jews have existed as a people
6,000 years longer than Egypt's civilization
And people still like to say that Indians are just Immigrants to this land,
just like everyone else.
How long do you have to live in a land before you can call it yours?
Apparently longer than the White Man has been living anywhere.
1/3 of Canadians have Indian ancestry. 12,000,000 people.
It is high time for us to Protect The Land; have the People
Take Back The Land from the Corporates and despoilers.
Canada is a Colonialist State. The central government has only recently
stopped treating the Prairie Provinces as colonial appendages to be
exploited for the benefit of Central Canada. It still maintains several
colonial areas, known as Northwest Territories, Nunavut Territory
and Yukon Territory. The Central Canadian Establishment still treats the
west with Colonial disdain.
Canadian governments, both Federal and Provincial, still treat the Canadian
Indians/Aboriginals with colonialist and racist policies, studiously working
to ignore, minimize, avoid or outright ignore the legal Aboriginal and Human
Rights of the Canadian Indians - rights enshrined in Law and repeatedly
supported by the Supreme Court of Canada.
- Indians are specifically excluded from the Canadian Charter of Human Rights,
and the Human Rights Board is tasked with enforcing that.
- Desecration of cemeteries and graves is illegal. Slosh some paint on a Jewish
or Muslim grave and you are in serious trouble. Aboriginal graves are NOT
protected by law. Protection of aboriginal graves has been ruled as NOT
a Human Right.
- Desecration of churches and religious sites is protected by law. Aboriginal
religious sites are not. Protection of aboriginal graves has been ruled
as NOT a Human Right.
- Sites of Aboriginal historical and cultural importance are NOT protected
from destruction. The Alberta Human Rights board supports the contention
that Government agencies and corporate bodies have the SOLE authority to
determine what constitute sites of cultural and historic importance.
THE ABORIGINAL COMMUNITY HAS NO SAY OR AUTHORITY IN THIS MATTER.
- The Alberta Human Rights Board supports the contention that corporates
and Government agencies have the SOLE right to determine who is Indian/
aboriginal, what constitutes an aborignal organization, and what rights
aboriginals may have.

The Alberta Human Rights Board supports the position that
THE ABORIGINAL COMMUNITY HAVE NO RIGHTS
TO OBJECT TO THE DESTRUCTION OF SITES OF
ABORIGINAL HISTORIC, CULTURAL OR RELIGIONS SITES
OR TO THE DESTRUCTION OF ABORIGINAL GRAVES OR BURIALS
2012 CAN/AB, Edmonton; Don Smallwood, Director of the Alberta Human
Rights Commission, stated that Samuel Steele, Mounted Police,
Captain of Steele's Scouts, guilty of numerous War Crimes
(torture, murder of prisoners, ordering shooting of women,
children, infants, attempted massacres) in the 1885 Rebellion,
can be considered a legitimate Canadian Hero; That the targeted
killing and massacre of aboriginal women and children and the
condoning of torture and mutilation of aboriginal prisoners
could be acceptable as contributing to regarding him a hero

Welcome to Indian Country.
Indians are Canada's Palestinians.
Reservations are Canada's West Bank.
